Job Summary
Conduct field visits and meet assigned insurance agents or bank customers to sell life, health, and general insurance products. Generate leads from open markets and referrals while managing both B2B and B2C sales across agency, direct, and bancassurance channels. Perform 80% outdoor sales for client acquisition and 20% indoor visits for branch coordination. Requires immediate joining, a valid driving license, and strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and local languages. Candidates must maintain a good CIBIL score and demonstrate a stable performance track record.

- Must be from Insurance Industry Life / General / Health
- BFSI Industry candidates
- Presentable
- Young
- Good Communication
- All necessary and relevant experience documents must be in place
- Must have stability with good performance track record
- Must have a good CIBIL Score
- Must have a good performance track record and an incentive earner
- Must have a Two-wheeler
- Valid Driving License
- Must know Hindi
- Must know English
- Must know Local Language
Desired Qualifications
- Preferable to have field Sales Experience
- Team Handling experience of minimum 1 Year
- Preference would be given to immediate joiners
