JH Intrastaff Contract RN

Facilitate and coordinate care by providing evidence-based nursing based on Johns Hopkins Health System policies and protocols. Provide direction to team members to promote quality, safety, and excellence in care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care teams to support program initiatives and implement specialty initiatives as directed by nursing and medical leadership. Participate in promoting improvement initiatives across clinical, financial, and operational areas while fostering a clinical environment of service excellence. Contracts available in Med/Surg, Neuro, ICU, and IMC/Stepdown units with flexible prn or contract rates ranging from $60-65/hr.
