JH Girls Wrestling Coach

Coach individual participants using appropriate strategies to improve athlete skill and activity standards. Enforce discipline and sportsmanlike behavior by establishing written standards and overseeing penalties for breaches. Plan and schedule regular practice programs during the season while working with the activities director to coordinate interscholastic contests. Transmit understanding of sportsmanship, control, and dedication to athletes and the student body through example. Oversee safety conditions of the facility at all times students are present and arrange transportation as needed. Recommend purchases of equipment, supplies, and uniforms. Maintain attendance forms, insurance records, end-of-year reports, and other required paperwork. Ensure eligibility criteria for interscholastic competition are met.
