Job Summary
Coaches individual participants in football using effective coaching strategies to improve performance. Ensures discipline and sportsmanship among athletes, establishes penalties for breaches of standards, and propagates sportsmanship by example. Plans and schedules regular practice programs, recommends necessary equipment purchases, and oversees safety conditions during practices. Maintains records for attendance, insurance, and end-of-year reports while performing additional duties assigned by the Athletic Director.
