Job Summary
Provide reception and clerical support for the campus office under close supervision. Major responsibilities include reception and phones (receive/direct calls, relay messages, greet visitors, maintain visitor log, issue passes), assist with student check-in/out, prepare/distribute student IDs, bus passes, and parking stickers, handle receipt/distribution of student materials and mail, assist with scheduling appointments, compile/maintain/file reports and records, maintain confidentiality, and follow district safety and emergency procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Ability to operate multi-line phone system
- Clerical experience in office setting (1 year placeholder)
