JH Boys Wrestling Coach

Coach student athletes in game techniques and enforce attendance to support team and individual development. Instruct players on rules, regulations, equipment, and sport techniques while observing practices and competitions to identify development needs. Provide feedback on game strategy, monitor academic performance for eligibility, and follow injury protocols and IHSAA regulations. Model sportsmanlike behavior, manage equipment requisitioning, and participate in parent nights, banquets, and pep assemblies. Attend staff development meetings and clinics to improve coaching performance. Perform any related duties as assigned by the Head Coach, Principal, or Athletic Director.
