Job Summary
JFK Barista at Pret A Manger provides Barista Prepared Drinks training and coaching to team members, delivering drinks within a 60-second service standard, ensuring quality and consistency, and engaging guests with warmth. The role includes training and developing fellow team members on Pret's Barista Prepared Drinks program, maintaining barista standards and equipment, managing stock and waste, and contributing to sales growth. The position requires a minimum of 1 year as a Barista, proficiency in espresso-based drinks, strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in Queens/JFK area. Required Qualifications
- Barista: 1 year (Required)
- Proficiency in espresso based drinks

- NYC Food Handlers Card (Preferred)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds; bend, reach overhead, squat, kneel, and go up and down stairs; operate restaurant equipment; work in hot/cold environments; maintain vision
- The ability to perform other physical requirements such as seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours
