Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store needs through cross-training in multiple areas, upholding merchandising procedures, and initiating recovery tasks as required. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction programs, and store recovery throughout the day. Provide and accept feedback while supporting store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, capable of multi-tasking and lifting heavy objects.
