Job Summary
Cultivate enduring relationships with high-net-worth jewelry clients while consistently achieving individual and team sales targets. Provide expert consultation on fine jewelry, including precious metals, gemstones, and design, and organize client events to foster deeper engagement. Serve as a key brand ambassador for Dover Street Market, maintaining a sophisticated understanding of luxury presentation and visual merchandising standards. Manage a meticulous customer book of key clients and VIPs using CRM systems to ensure proactive outreach and personalized service. Participate in operational responsibilities to ensure efficient front and back-of-house standards while leading by example in clienteling and follow-up. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury jewelry sales within a high-end retail environment
- A deep and comprehensive understanding of precious metals, gemstones, and jewelry design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
