Job Summary
Grown Brilliance is hiring Jewelry Sales Advisor roles (Part Time and Full-Time) to represent our boutique in Tyson's, VA. The role focuses on delivering outstanding in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, building brand loyalty, and supporting sales initiatives. Responsibilities include maintaining visual and operational standards, contributing to store success, and potentially handling opening/closing duties and keyholder responsibilities. The position benefits from familiarity with retail tech (Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Workspace) and emphasizes client-centric, hospitality-driven selling, collaboration with a team, and strong communication. KPI focus includes sales performance, conversion, UPT, AOV, and repeat business, with a compensation model that includes hourly pay plus commission. Leap platform involvement may include supporting other brands through store openings, activations, and coverage needs. The role requires energy on the sales floor, flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and is located in McLean, VA ( Tyson's, VA area).
Required Qualifications
