Job Summary
Assist the store manager with daily tasks and act as the supervisor for the location in their absence. Maximize financial performance by motivating the sales team to achieve growth and sales targets while reaching personal sales goals. Create an emotional connection between Fred Meyer Jewelers and customers through engagement during every shopping occasion in store and online. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of self and others.
