Job Summary
Assist the store manager with daily tasks and act as the supervisor for the location in the manager's absence. Maximize financial performance by achieving personal sales targets and motivating the sales team to reach growth and sales goals. Create an emotional connection between Fred Meyer Jewelers and customers through engagement during every shopping occasion in store and online. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of self and others.
