Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying REACH principles, and supporting front end, dressing room, and jewelry needs. Maintain a clean, organized store environment through floor care, merchandising standards, and merchandise prep while balancing register draws and cash office duties. Uphold operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards by participating in store recovery, ensuring proper tagging, and communicating safety alerts to management. Cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs and promote TJX Rewards loyalty programs.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to ensure go backs are properly tagged/hung and promptly returned to the sales floor
- Ability to maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy
- Ability to adhere to merchandise and signage standards
- Ability to partner with Merchandise Coordinator
- Ability to create and maintain compelling features
- Ability to flex the sales floor as needed
- Ability to ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded

- Ability to support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs
