Job Summary
The Jeweler Solutions Manager role is the operational owner of assigned programs, monitoring performance, profitability, and overall program health, coordinating cross-functional efforts with P&L leadership, Product Management, Relationship Management, Legal, and Sales to drive sustainability and growth. Responsibilities include evaluating program adoption, claims performance, and revenue trends; providing insights to inform product enhancements, pricing, and program adjustments; collaborating with Sales, Legal, Product Management, and Operations to improve customer experience and program outcomes; developing program performance reporting and translating data into actionable leadership insights; and acting as a subject matter expert for assigned programs while supporting internal teams and annual planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3–5 years of experience in program management, business operations, product support, or related field
