Job Summary
Facilitate daily therapeutic goals and future perspectives for adolescents aged 14–18 in a 24-hour open treatment group in Deurne. Conduct in-depth conversations to encourage daily responsibilities while evaluating therapies and collaborating closely with behavioral scientists. Coordinate tasks and assume responsibility within a systemically oriented framework that emphasizes non-violent resistance and connected authority. Engage in evening, weekend, and sleep duty rotations while working autonomously alongside a team of seven colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde hbo-opleiding (bijv. Social Work, Pedagogiek) met SKJ-registratie
- Afgeronde niveau 4 opleiding (bijv. sociaal werk)
- Beschikbaarheid om op onregelmatige tijden te werken, zowel in de avonden als in de weekenden en slaapdiensten
