Job Summary
Lead high-energy, 50-minute mat-based classes that combine strength, endurance, and Pilates-inspired flow, guiding clients of all levels safely through form corrections and creative modifications. Embody a welcoming, outgoing personality to foster a strong sense of community and build authentic relationships with clients while thriving in a dynamic, music-driven environment. Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts that motivate attendees to return, occasionally assisting with other duties as needed. Maintain a positive attitude and reliability to contribute positively to the team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current certification in group fitness, Pilates or personal training from a nationally recognized organization.
- Current CPR/AED certification required.
- Comfortable leading large groups with confidence and clear instruction.
