Perform thorough safety sweeps of equipment and operate excavator machinery to install underground utilities at depths exceeding 20 feet. Set up trench shoring systems, determine project strategies for sewer, storm drain, and water mains, and follow Foreman and Superintendent lead while maintaining open communication with the crew. Prioritize safety and effectiveness during excavation, including high water environments, and remain versatile to handle unexpected site demands. This role requires a minimum of two years in trenchless installation with a valid driver's license (CDL preferred) and involves lifting up to 75 pounds in various weather conditions.
