Job Summary
Jet Vac Operator role on a full-time basis providing street sweeping via jet-vac equipment. Responsibilities include reviewing routes, operating the street sweeper, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, handling materials per safety procedures, completing logs and paperwork, and maintaining professional communication with supervisors, teammates, and clients. Must safely operate equipment, follow traffic/site protocols, and adapt to changing conditions while maintaining regular attendance. Requires CDL-B, DOT Medical Card, 1 year DOT driving experience, Tanker endorsement willingness, and strong safety focus. Location-based work in Nashville, TN (and Hermitage, TN) with minimal travel; flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Required Qualifications
- Education: High School or GED
- Experience: 1 year DOT driving experience – waste & recycling services experience preferred
- License: CDL-B & DOT Medical Card
- Endorsements: Tankers (must be willing to obtain)
- Age: Must be at least 21 years of age
- Compliance: Must maintain an acceptable driving record and successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, background check, and drug screening in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.
