Job Summary
Install, repair, and rehabilitate municipal water and sewer collection systems using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and trenchless methods, including main and service installs, tapping, valve work, and sewer cleaning. Execute CIPP rehab projects involving access prep, bypass pumping, liner measurement, inversion or pull-in, steam/UV cure, and post-CCTV quality assurance. Operate heavy equipment such as dump trucks, backhoes, sewer jet vacs, and trenchers while performing utility locates, pavement sawcuts, and traffic control. Maintain water assets by rotating valves, flushing hydrants, and repairing breaks, alongside service equipment like hydraulic hoses and hand tools. Work long or irregular hours in all weather conditions with a valid U.S. driver's license, with pay ranging from $25-$35/hr. Full-time employment includes paid training and a path to Crew Lead.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work long or irregular hours
- Able to lift 60+ lbs
- Able to kneel
- Able to crawl
- Able to work in confined spaces
- Able to work in all weather
- Proficient with light to heavy equipment
- Proficient with jobsite communication devices
- Basic computer/tablet use
- Working knowledge of MS Office or similar
- Valid U.S. driver's license with acceptable record
- Comfortable with heat/cold
- Able to wear required PPE
- Able to wear respiratory protection if needed
Desired Qualifications
- CDL Class B with Tanker and Air Brakes endorsements
- CIPP experience: lateral/mainline
- CIPP experience: resin impregnation
