Job Summary
Advise the Commander on maintenance status, facilities, and resource utilization while coordinating with OEMs on engine performance and upgrades. Monitor TCTO status for assigned aircraft, resolve supply issues, and address personnel or contractual conflicts between contractors and the squadron. Provide solutions to negative trends using Quality Management processes and manage proprietary engine management software. Train RSAF personnel to 5, 7, and 9 skill levels, correcting training deficiencies and implementing procedures to fix maintenance gaps. This role supports the F-100-220(E)/229 GE engine program within an ITAR-approved facility.
Required Qualifications
- Engine and Secondary Power Maintenance Management Principles
- F100-220(E)/229 GE F-100-129E, C Engine Disassembly, Inspection, Repair, & Assembly
- Manage proprietary software; Engine Management Systems GE/ PW
- Thoroughly familiar with RSAF Management and Policies
- Analyze maintenance practices for deficiencies
- Develop and implement procedures and policies to correct maintenance deficiencies
- Knowledgeable of Quality Management best practices and implementation
