Job Summary
Lead team members by managing and executing plant processes while attaining production and quality goals. Ensure appropriate resources, including materials, equipment, and staffing needs, are available to maintain production schedules. Support continuous improvement processes to meet safety, quality, cost, and customer service targets. Create and maintain an engaged, team-oriented workforce to improve business results. Work on your feet approximately 80% of the shift in a cold environment. Begin on second or third shift with extended hours possible, including weekends. Complete six weeks of hands-on training followed by a six-month operational program.

- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to analyze inventory and efficiencies to develop continuous improvement opportunities
- Ability to present effectively to groups
- Must be able to work on your feet and tolerate work in a cold environment
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year as a shift lead, shift supervisor, assistant manager, etc.
- Associates Degree
