Job Summary
Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, and build meaningful relationships to support clients' journeys. Complete intake assessments to inform diagnostic impressions. Collaboratively develop treatment plans that guide recovery, meet clients where they are, and reflect their strengths. Maintain thorough clinical documentation that complies with clinic policies and licensure standards. Actively participate in supervision by presenting your own cases and providing support and feedback to colleagues. Maintain ethical standards and professional excellence. Coordinate and maintain communication with other treatment team members. Location involves travel to meet with clients/families throughout Jefferson, Rock and Walworth Counties, with flexiblity to work remote when in-person visits are not scheduled. Schedule is part-time with hours varying (8:00am-6:00pm, some after school/evening hours).
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Licensure to provide therapy in Wisconsin (e.g., LPC, LPC-IT, APSW, or LCSW) or eligibility to obtain one
