Job Summary
Conduct home visits to clients in Montgomery County, PA, administering medication, wound care, and comfort treatments while monitoring conditions and reporting changes to managers. Execute and document physicians' orders as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team providing palliative care to enable patients to remain at home. Perform occasional after-hours and weekend on-call duties. Requires active New Jersey RN license with one year of hospice experience preferred. Full-time daytime shifts offered with flexible scheduling for work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
- Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends
Desired Qualifications
- One year of hospice expierence strongly preferred
- Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required
