Job Summary
Conduct home visits to clients in Montgomery and Bucks Counties, performing duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Managers while following up on and documenting doctors' orders. Maintain a calm presence with active listening and assessment skills as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing palliative care. Occasional on-call availability after hours and weekends is required. Full-time, daytime shifts offer a work/life balance with 1:1 training and 24/7 clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
- Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends
Desired Qualifications
- One year of hospice expierence strongly preferred
- Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required
