Job Summary
Conduct home visits to clients in Montgomery and Bucks Counties, administering medications, wound care, and comfort treatments while monitoring conditions and reporting changes. Execute and document physicians' orders as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team providing palliative care to enable patients to remain at home. Perform occasional after-hours and weekend on-call duties. Requires an active New Jersey RN license with one year of hospice experience preferred. Full-time daytime shifts offer a work/life balance with 1:1 training and 24/7 clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
- A calm and reassuring presence
- Active listening skills
- Excellent assessment skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- The ability to deliver patient care as you would want those you love to be treated, with compassion, excellence, and reliability
- Full Time positions available
Desired Qualifications
- One year of hospice expierence strongly preferred
- Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required
