Jefe EHS - Guadalajara

Lead the EHS management system for the plant by planning, implementing, and continuously improving safety, health, and environmental protocols to ensure legal compliance and operational continuity. Drive a safety culture through behavioral walks, emergency response coordination, and incident investigations while managing hazardous waste, emissions, and energy programs. Serve as technical advisor to leadership, oversee contractor risk assessments, and coordinate with federal and municipal regulatory bodies for audits and inspections. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Environmental, or Safety Engineering with 3–5 years of experience and intermediate English proficiency. The position supports O-I's global glass packaging business, focusing on sustainable practices for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical clients.
