Lead the integral operation of the Maintenance Workshop, planning preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet while supervising supervisors, mechanics, electricians, and support staff. Manage maintenance resources, tools, infrastructure, and budget, coordinating spare parts needs with the Warehouse and Supply areas. Monitor maintenance KPIs, productivity, and plan compliance, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Investigate failures, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with external providers and Operations to maximize fleet availability. Utilize the maintenance ERP system for order tracking. Requires a mechanical or related engineering degree, minimum three years leading fleet workshops, and a Class B driver's license. Schedule is a 5x2 rotation.
