Job Summary
Lead warehouse and distribution operations, overseeing the reception, storage, and control of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure production continuity and timely dispatches. Manage inventory integrity, optimize logistics layouts and processes, and implement improvements using ERP systems and Excel to enhance productivity. Supervise teams in managing raw materials and finished goods inventaries while ensuring high service levels in industrial, textile, or manufacturing environments. Requires four years of leadership experience in make-to-order models, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm in Chorrillos.
Required Qualifications
- Titulado(a) en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o carreras afines
- Experiencia en empresas industriales, textiles o manufactureras, bajo el modelo make to order, implementando mejoras de layout, almacenamiento, productividad logística, manejo de softwares y optimización de procesos
- Mínimo 4 años de experiencia liderando equipos y gestionando almacenes de materias primas y productos terminados, inventarios y operaciones de distribución
- Conocimiento en gestión de indicadores logísticos, distribución, ERP y Excel
- Disponibilidad para laborar en Chorrillos
Desired Qualifications
- Deseable especialización, diplomado o MBA en Supply Chain, Logística u Operaciones
