Jefe/a de Proyectos - Logística y Mejora Continua

Lead logistics transformation projects to optimize warehouse organization, processes, layouts, and operational flows through Lean methodologies. Design, implement, and standardize supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in planning, receiving, replenishment, and stock control. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams to drive strategic project deployment. Analyze warehouse needs to propose solutions improving space utilization, resource management, and sustainability while supporting team training and change management during project implementation. Requires a university degree in Industrial Engineering, five years of project leadership experience, and fluent English. Full-time contract with flexible hybrid schedule.
