JEFE/A DE OBRA

Supervise the execution of construction projects in your assigned zone, coordinating with operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure deadlines, quality, and safety are met. Control measurements and certifications with precision while supporting economic planning and reporting project status to management. Manage on-site resources and personnel, maintaining fluid relationships with clients, suppliers, and technical partners. Act as the commercial link for smaller projects, handling client inquiries, negotiating incidents, and identifying new opportunities. Ensure compliance with labor safety regulations and propose process improvements. Based in Ibiza, this role requires a minimum of two years of experience in production, measurements, and certifications, with a background as an Aparejador, Architectural Technician, or similar engineering degree. A driver's license and availability to travel across the Balearic Islands are mandatory.
