Jefe/a de Obra

Direct the construction and supervision of building projects while controlling technical and economic aspects. Coordinate industrial and subcontracting teams, monitoring timelines, costs, and execution quality. Manage certifications, measurements, and budgets, ensuring safety and health compliance on site. Liaise with mandatory directors, property owners, and suppliers. Requires a Technical Architecture or Building Engineering degree, prior construction execution experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, and Excel. Candidates must hold a driver's license. Based in La Marina Baixa, Alicante, this role offers a stable long-term contract with a consolidated expanding group, including a company vehicle and competitive economic conditions.
