Conduct technical specifications for materials and machinery, plan execution schedules, and analyze execution drawings. Formalize operation manuals and certificates for installations while planning material and human resource needs. Manage the assigned project portfolio to provide technical advisory services to clients, oversee material orders for operations, and track subcontractors. Verify work quality for both in-house staff and subcontracted personnel, exercising control and supervision over all subcontractors at the site. Ensure sufficient implementation of occupational health and safety measures within your scope of competence.
