Job Summary
Transport oversized/over-dimensional loads, including a vertical drill unit, to job sites nationwide while ensuring proper load securement, safety compliance, and legal transport requirements. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and follow all DOT regulations and company safety protocols. Assist drill crews with construction and site work when not driving, maintaining a clean driving record and background check. Travel frequently, including overnight stays, with company-paid travel and lodging.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and FMCSA pre-employment query
- 3+ years of Class A driving experience (preferred)
- Experience with heavy haul and oversize loads
- Knowledge of: Load securement
- Knowledge of: Weight limits and compliance
- Knowledge of: Proper flagging and marking for OD loads
- Clean driving record and background check
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight
- Ability to assist with physical labor on job sites
