Job Summary
JDE Project Manager responsible for leading IT project portfolios with complex JDE ERP implementations, M&A, and infrastructure projects. Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; oversee multiple projects and dependencies; recruit staff or consultants as needed; mentor junior project managers; manage budgets, risks, and critical paths; resolve conflicts; communicate expectations clearly; develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations. Requires 5+ years in IT project management with strong JDE ERP experience; Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Master’s or PMP a plus); proven leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills; ability to interact with all organizational levels; travel ~25%. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; capable of directing and managing change in dynamic environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of direct work experience in IT project management infrastructure and applications, with at least 4 years focused on JDE ERP implementations.
- Extensive knowledge of JDE ERP systems, their implementation, and best practices.
