Job Summary
As a part of store management at JD Finish Line, you will be responsible for daily operations, leading and developing a motivated team, driving store sales, maintaining customer engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to analyze sales data and manage budgets
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly
