Job Summary
As an Associate, you will assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include creating an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, driving store sales through merchandise management, and participating in store operations such as inventory management and visual merchandising. Proven retail experience, strong communication skills, flexibility to work varied hours, and a customer-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- A set weekly availability including a mix of mornings, days, and nights based on business needs
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required
- Consistent punctuality and regular attendance in line with the company’s policies
- Clear spoken English and proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English
