Job Summary
Bill all new and pre-owned retail and lease deliveries while verifying costs and transaction details for each vehicle sale. Receive and process all paperwork from the F&I department, ensuring vehicle registration documents are properly submitted and DMV regulations are met. Manage records, prepare forms and reports, and communicate effectively with sales, accounting, and finance teams. Provide additional administrative support as needed. Prior billing experience at an automotive dealership is required, and availability to work Saturdays is necessary.

- Strong DMV knowledge, with the ability to verify and separate deals
