Job Summary

Manage project timelines, logistics, and budgets for professional development programs, conferences, and grant initiatives supporting nonprofit Jewish summer camps. Coordinate recurring meetings, application processes, and vendor contracts while maintaining Salesforce data, SharePoint documentation, and departmental reporting. Support consultant recruitment, biannual camp renewals, and special projects including research, template creation, and content development for the consulting practice. Ensure program delivery meets quality standards and prepare evaluations to measure effectiveness. This role supports a collaborative team delivering organizational consulting services across North America. The position requires occasional travel and hybrid onsite presence in New York City.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Zoom, SharePoint, Asana, Mailchimp, Airtable, Jotform, SurveyMonkey, Bizzabo, Slack, and Mentimeter
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, along with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to contribute ideas in a collaborative environment
  • Flexibility to support evolving team priorities and special projects
  • Ability to travel occasionally (approximately three to five trips per year)
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 15 pounds
  • Hybrid employees are expected onsite 60% of the time

Desired Qualifications

  • Passion for the mission of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation and JCamp 180
  • Knowledge of or experience with Jewish camping, the Jewish communal sector, or nonprofit organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, project management, Jewish communal service, or a related field
