Job Summary
Operations Manager for JBAB (Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling) leading IT operations and field services for the AFNCR mission. Oversees desktop support, help desk, voice support, technical refresh, VTC installations, and continuity of operations; drives project management, performance metrics, and process improvements; directs a team to prioritize and deconflict work to meet program requirements; collaborates with the customer and site leadership to align priorities and deliver world-class IT services across 3,000+ military, civilian, and contractor users; acts as Site Lead when required and participates in leadership briefs with the 794th Communications Squadron.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 12+ years or equivalent experience in relevant field
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Advanced knowledge and experience with desktop support and helpdesk principles
- IT support team lead experience / ability
- Familiar with IT support in a DoD environment
- 8140 compliant education, training, or certification (Security+, CISSP, Cyber 101, etc.)
