Job Summary
Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the household, preparing and supporting the home for events as needed. Phase in and out of principal areas appropriately based on family presence while coordinating effectively with the estate manager and household team. Work approximately 9 or 10am to 6 or 7pm, rotating with a second housekeeper on the team, with both members working in tandem one day per week. Ensure punctuality is met at all times. Bilingual or conversational English required.
Required Qualifications
- Polished, educated, and professional
- Able to read a room
- Comfortable phasing in and out as needed when principals are present
- Located in South Florida
- Bilingual or at least conversational English
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage a rotating schedule
- Comfortable working as part of a fully staffed household team
- Private household experience
- Valid US work authorization
- Strong verifiable references
- Local to South Florida
- Punctuality
