Job Summary
Javelin Sr. T&E Engineer at KBR supporting the Tactical Aviation & Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office in Huntsville, AL. Develop and execute Test & Evaluation strategies, plans, and data-collection requirements; coordinate flight tests, ground firings, environmental tests, and seeker characterization events for the Javelin missile system; analyze telemetry and seeker performance; support HWIL testing and simulations; prepare technical documentation for program leadership; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test readiness and system effectiveness. Proficiency in data analysis tools (MATLAB, Python) and understanding of infrared seekers, missile subsystems, and guidance and control fundamentals preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, systems engineering or related technical field
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a DoD secret clearance
