Java Web Developer with 3-5 years of Java development and web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX). Responsibilities include developing application workflows, integrating technologies to meet customer needs, creating development and test plans, data migration planning and content mapping, and managing multiple projects with strong collaboration across business partners. Requires excellent written and verbal communication, ability to propose improvements to solutions and processes to enhance customer satisfaction, and experience in project/program communication.
