Job Summary
Develop and customize Java applications, particularly for web-based COTS applications. Demonstrate proficiency in Java features, the web development lifecycle, and Agile methodologies. Responsibilities include translating design mock-ups, developing tests, automating processes, and enhancing application security. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years of relevant experience, including SharePoint solutions.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is a requirement.
- Bachelor’s in information systems, computer science, or a related technical field from a four-year college or university.
- 5+ years relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 7+ years’ experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience developing SharePoint solutions.
- Able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) security clearance.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to work with the Client’s administrative team to decipher requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively and elevate application design.
