Job Summary
Architect and implement scalable, distributed microservices using Spring Boot and Java 8+ to drive the core backend platform for retailcloud's omnichannel commerce solutions. Lead technical strategy, mentor engineering teams, and establish architectural best practices across product lines including Billing, F&B, and ERP integrations. Design and optimize caching strategies, batch processing frameworks, and messaging systems while ensuring high performance and scalability of databases through SQL and query optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and troubleshoot complex issues in large-scale systems. Lead a senior team with 8+ years of experience in distributed systems.
