Job Summary
Java Technical Interviewer responsible for conducting technical interviews and assessments for Java developer candidates, collaborating with recruitment to refine questions, providing detailed feedback to hiring managers and HR, staying updated on Java technologies, and helping create and standardize interview processes and training materials. Requires proven Java development experience with Spring and Hibernate, strong communication, and mentoring/teaching capabilities; additional languages are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Java developer with strong understanding of Java ecosystems and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
- Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or teaching roles is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and handle interviews professionally
- Additional languages are a plus
