Job Summary
Own and resolve P1–P3 application incidents within SLA, conducting root cause analysis for recurring bugs and providing production fixes. Manage non-production environment availability, execute approved change tickets, and support release deployments. Enhance system monitoring, alerting thresholds, and telemetry to proactively protect service stability. Automate routine tasks to transition operational workloads, author runbooks, and mentor junior peers. Requires strong hands-on technical troubleshooting across application layers, logs, and infrastructure, with core familiarity in Java, JavaScript, and debugging APIs. Cloud exposure including AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (Python, Shell, or PowerShell) is essential, alongside containerisation and Infrastructure as Code knowledge. This role sits at the intersection of development and operations within a dynamic production support team.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on technical troubleshooting across application layers, logs, and infrastructure
- Core familiarity with Java, JavaScript, and debugging APIs or microservices architectures
- Exposure to cloud platforms, with a good working understanding of AWS environment structures
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and basic scripting (Python, Shell, or PowerShell)
