Job Summary
Implement and deliver enterprise-grade identity management solutions by designing, building, and scaling production systems using Java, Spring Boot, and NoSQL databases. Drive adoption of software security best practices while supporting service growth through strong analytical problem-solving. Collaborate with team members to implement OAuth2 and OpenID Connect frameworks, ensuring robust authentication, authorization, and data integrity across global APIs and microservices. Maintain a remote, full-time schedule with a focus on engineering culture and complex technical challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent technical and communication skills to solve complex problems and present your ideas and solutions to other team members
- 3+ years of experience in software development using Java or similar programming languages, preferably production level work using the Spring Boot framework
- Strong experience in designing, building, testing, scaling and maintaining production level systems
- Good understanding of identity access management, authentication, authorization, confidentiality, integrity and accountability principles
- Knowledge and experience working with different database technologies primarily MongoDB or another NoSQL Database
- Experience working with OAuth2 authorization framework and OpenID Connect
Desired Qualifications
- Strong experience building APIs and microservices using REST and Cloud Native architectural patterns
- Experience designing and implementing APIs using asynchronous I/O and reactive programming
