Java / Python Technical Lead - II

Provide expert-level technical leadership for critical software, middleware, or hardware projects across multiple platforms, ensuring successful architecture, development, and implementation. Evaluate and approve development options and technical deliverables, while overseeing comprehensive testing for functionality, performance, and security. Approve technical solutions proposed by team members, resolve complex technical problems, and anticipate issues to enable preventive action. Act as a key technical liaison with stakeholders, effectively communicating technical implications, project risks, and solution strategies. Maintain expertise in IT methodologies, architecture design, and enterprise standards; mentor staff and ensure team adoption of evolving standards. Review, author, and approve technical documentation and architecture diagrams. Drive continuous improvement in technical standards, methodologies, and the adoption of emerging technologies. Participate in product life cycle reviews (design, code, test), and serve as a technical advisor across project meetings. Ensure compliance with IT and Information Security policies, validating that deliverables meet internal and external requirements. Lead or contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned. Apply deep server-side development skills, focusing on performance optimization, secure architecture, and database efficiency. Troubleshoot complex system performance issues and recommend improvements to optimize data flow across services and APIs. Ensure scalable and resilient backend functionality, with proactive measures for increased system demands.
