Job Summary
Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting using Java and Python to build secure, high-quality production code. Review and debug code, lead evaluation sessions with external vendors to probe architectural designs, and drive end-to-end delivery on a modern web tech stack. Identify opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues and improve operational stability while leading communities of practice to adopt new technologies. Requires UK-based right to work, on-site location in Paddington, and a daily rate of £350 inside IR35. Knowledge of financial services industry IT systems is essential.

- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- Strong Python & Java programming skills across a range of problem domains
- Experience of developing one or more data visualisation and analysis technologies
- Modern web development experience including DOM, JS, HTML, CSS and related technologies
- End-to-end delivery experience on a modern web tech stack
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems
