Job Summary
The Java J2EE Senior Developer/Lead will be responsible for the design and development of components, ensuring collaboration between technical architecture and offsite counterparts. This role includes coordination with technical leads and SMEs, mentoring junior team members, and overseeing code deployment and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in Java development, strong skills in Core Java, REST, and WEB services, and familiarity with XML and PL/SQL. Knowledge of agile methodologies and the Retirement Plans business domain is also required.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Java J2EE development
- Strong Core Java
- Experience in developing REST and WEB services
- Real time integration experience with JAXB and JAXRS
- Strong experience in XML
- Experience in writing PL/SQLs and Stored Procedures
- Understanding of agile methodologies
- Retirement Plans Business domain knowledge
